About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of customer and vendor contracts
- Partnering with commercial and strategic sourcing organizations to resolve disputes
- Providing day-to-day support to internal business clients
- Advising clients on legal risks and business strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctorate
- 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, government, or company, focused on commercial transactions or related areas
- Commercial legal contract experience in corporate setting, preferably in highly regulated industry
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally using legal judgment and strategic thinking to close complex transactions
- State Bar Licensure Upon Hire
- Experience with contract lifecycle management technology
