Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctorate
4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, government, or company, focused on commercial transactions or related areas
Commercial legal contract experience in corporate setting, preferably in highly regulated industry
Experience working independently and cross-functionally using legal judgment and strategic thinking to close complex transactions
State Bar Licensure Upon Hire
Experience with contract lifecycle management technology
