About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Expertly navigate supporting the needs of the Mid-South Area Sales Team.
  • Respond to support requests from the Sales team via Outlook email or MS Form.
  • Log/complete Salesforce Tasks.
  • Generate and submit individual and complex orders using Salesforce.
  • Manage multiple systems to complete support requests, including data mining and financial reporting using Excel.
  • Handle occasional inbound/outbound voice calls and Teams video calls.
  • Limited, direct customer interaction via phone and email.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
  • 2 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
  • Experience with SalesForce.
