About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expertly navigate supporting the needs of the Mid-South Area Sales Team.
- Respond to support requests from the Sales team via Outlook email or MS Form.
- Log/complete Salesforce Tasks.
- Generate and submit individual and complex orders using Salesforce.
- Manage multiple systems to complete support requests, including data mining and financial reporting using Excel.
- Handle occasional inbound/outbound voice calls and Teams video calls.
- Limited, direct customer interaction via phone and email.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
- 2 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
- Experience with SalesForce.
