About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise operations of a centralized HR service center
- Maintain supervisory responsibility along a service line
- Assign/distribute work among staff based on volume
- Serve as escalation point for unresolved cases
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to maximize performance
- Communicate direction and goals for department
- Set achievable goals linked to organizational objectives
- Assist with audit procedures and protocols
- Maintain understanding of HR cross-functional processes
- Participate in organizational process reengineering projects
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of related work experience
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) (preferred)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification (preferred)
