About the role

  • Provide world-class strategic people solutions and guidance to assigned managers
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of key enterprise HR initiatives
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across the organization
  • Develop and implement HR solutions impacting company objectives
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct employee relations investigations
  • Propose HR solutions based on operational opportunities
  • Deliver HR solutions that are value-added, measurable, and tied to business objectives
  • Collaborate with COE to execute HR strategies and initiatives
  • Hires, leads, develops, and coaches members of the HR Organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Five (5) years of experience managing human resource systems, process, programs, initiatives and professionals
  • SPHR certification preferred
  • Strong analytical & diagnostic skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
  • Ability to assess & develop individuals' knowledge, skills, and ability. Talent management and succession planning experience preferred
  • Innovative mindset identifying new ways to solve work problems resulting in unique/differentiated solutions
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situation
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
