About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide world-class strategic people solutions and guidance to assigned managers
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of key enterprise HR initiatives
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across the organization
- Develop and implement HR solutions impacting company objectives
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct employee relations investigations
- Propose HR solutions based on operational opportunities
- Deliver HR solutions that are value-added, measurable, and tied to business objectives
- Collaborate with COE to execute HR strategies and initiatives
- Hires, leads, develops, and coaches members of the HR Organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Five (5) years of experience managing human resource systems, process, programs, initiatives and professionals
- SPHR certification preferred
- Strong analytical & diagnostic skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
- Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
- Ability to assess & develop individuals' knowledge, skills, and ability. Talent management and succession planning experience preferred
- Innovative mindset identifying new ways to solve work problems resulting in unique/differentiated solutions
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situation
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
