About the role
- Provide day-to-day operational support for payroll processes and systems
- Act as a key liaison between Payroll and the HR Technology Application Support team
- Resolve system issues, develop user documentation, and support payroll employees
- Partner with HR Technology stakeholders and business users to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Oracle HCM
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM enhancements
- Execute and document validation activities for system migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches
- Configure Oracle HCM elements in compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Provide advanced end-user support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues
- Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases, patches, and new functionality
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in assigned applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration related or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
- Eight (8) years of previous experience in payroll processing, payroll tax, or finance (in addition to education requirement)
- At least 3 years Oracle HCM Cloud experience
