Acts as a liaison between Technology and the business for new systems and enhancements.
Conducts advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments, cost/benefit analysis, project scoping, and requirements documentation.
Provides leadership and mentoring to junior analysts.
Leads requirements gathering and analysis for large projects.
Ensures clear documentation of business needs and communication with stakeholders.
Coordinates with users to determine business and user requirements and functional specifications.
Oversees project documentation quality and library maintenance.
Coordinates with QE for test plans and user acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
5 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced requirements analysis skills.
Leadership abilities to mentor junior BAs.
Advanced technical understanding of IT systems, databases, cloud technology, and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Risk management capabilities.
Change management skills.
CCBA or CBAP certification preferred.
SQL ability preferred.
