About the role
- Acts as a liaison between Sales and Operations on processes and customer requirements
- Facilitate process alignment between Sales and Operations
- Own process development/refinement and communication
- Monitor and measure results for improvement and future modifications
- Determine areas of need for training and development across the sales organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Account Management, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar area of study, or High School Diploma/GED with seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Seven (7) years or more of previous relevant work experience
- Formal Project management experience preferred
