About the role
- Supervises the activities of the Area's Inside Sales Team.
- Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
- Supervises activities of the Inside Sales Department.
- Forecasts and recruits qualified candidates for Inside Sales Team positions.
- Executes ongoing training for Inside Sales Representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- 2 years direct business-to-business sales (in addition to education requirements).
