💰 $95,000 - $112,000 per year
About the role
- Act as liaison between Sales and Operations on processes, customer requirements, and sales needs
- Facilitate process alignment between Sales and Operations and own process development, communication, change management, and monitoring within National Accounts Sales
- Serve as subject matter expert for direct/indirect Sales processes and support skill building and process improvement
- Solicit stakeholder input, analyze and present data for process improvement, participate in design sessions
- Track project status, manage timelines, risks/issues, and communicate status to leadership
- Document and communicate new or changed processes
- Ensure adoption of process/technical changes within sales segments and monitor results
- Determine training and development needs and design/administer programs
- Work with Learning & Development on onboarding and training
- Maintain database of processes and SOPs and craft communications and talking points
- Occasionally backup Program Managers and perform PM responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Sales/Account Management, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar area of study, or High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Seven (7) years or more of previous relevant work experience
- Formal Project management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with required insurance
- Ability to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (keyboarding)
- Ability to handle objects less than 30 pounds
- May require travel to field locations
