About the role
- Become a retention expert through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve issues and secure updated service level agreements
- Learn effective negotiation techniques to retain and grow customer accounts
- Upsell and close new business when opportunities arise
- Manage inbound call requests and proactive customer outreach
- Prevent customer cancellations and secure updated contract agreements
- Use sales productivity software tools accurately and consistently
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 1 year Business-to-business account management, inside sales (phone based sales), and/or customer service experience that includes a sales component
