• Manage team of primary liaisons to the IT/Digital organization on all customer and business-related tactical and strategic efforts; driving process improvements, designing business requirements, implementing change, and developing solutions that impact multiple departments and business units, requiring integration and coordination.

• Ensure that all projects align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage business unit strategic road map, priorities and project benefits.
