Support the TexOma Area Sales Team by responding to support requests, logging Salesforce tasks, and generating/submitting orders.
Manage multiple systems to complete support requests, including extensive data mining and financial reporting using Excel.
Handle occasional inbound/outbound calls and Teams video calls; limited direct customer interaction via phone and email.
Formal onboarding program and clearly defined performance expectations provided.
Coordinate sales programs and act as liaison between Sales and other departments.
Perform basic clerical and statistical reporting, provide detailed reports on rankings, maintain weekly/monthly reporting and recommend system changes.
Audit monthly commission and expense reports and provide information to Sales Managers; review system changes, prepare mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
Monitor Sales Manager salaries and commissions; design forms and supervise layout and desktop publishing.
This job has no supervisory duties.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
Experience: Two (2) years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
Applicable experience may be substituted for education requirements.
Respond to support requests via Outlook email or MS Form.
Log and complete Salesforce Tasks; generate and submit individual and complex orders using Salesforce.
Manage multiple systems, perform extensive data mining and general financial reporting using Excel.
