About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a liaison between technical staff and business owners
  • Conduct advanced business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis
  • Formulate systems scope and objectives aligned with the organization's business plan and user requirements
  • Define process flows and functional specifications
  • Document requirements and formulate test plans with QA and partner groups before business user testing
  • Coordinate with users to determine and document business and user requirements
  • Maintain and update project documentation repositories and libraries
  • Lead project teams in gaining business user acceptance
  • Review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required to travel by air or access federal property
