About the role
- Take on the leadership role for a dynamic sales team
- Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Ensure a first-class customer service experience through proactive engagement and prompt issue resolution
- Maintain and cultivate customer relationships
- Participate in the WM Werkstattmessen
- Plan, organize and execute sales events to boost customer retention and acquisition
- Responsible for budgeting and implementing cost-efficiency measures to maximize profitability
- Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives and sales concepts to retain and attract customers
- Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize sales center workflows
- Foster a culture of continuous development and team cohesion
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the competitive environment
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training
- Industry knowledge and leadership experience are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanour
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken German
- Driver's license class B (formerly class 3)
