About the role
- Serve as the ITC point of contact for strategic customers and sales teams
- Manage collections and resolve aged receivables, deductions, and post-audit claims
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, audit requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain focus on achieving and surpassing established KPIs and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, deductions, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash processes and best practices
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment
- Preferred: Experience in shared services or multinational environments
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or LEAN methodologies
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes and tools
