About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting and the candidate experience for assigned roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, what success looks like and craft appropriate interview plans
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
  • Manage candidate pipeline, ensuring strong communication with partners, people leadership, and candidates
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help evolve recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices as the company scales
  • Represent Wizard’s culture

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Experience recruiting engineers and technical talent in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to understand technical roles well enough to screen effectively and guide hiring managers
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and stakeholder management
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process where needed
