About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting and the candidate experience for assigned roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, what success looks like and craft appropriate interview plans
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Manage candidate pipeline, ensuring strong communication with partners, people leadership, and candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help evolve recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices as the company scales
- Represent Wizard’s culture
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
- Experience recruiting engineers and technical talent in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Ability to understand technical roles well enough to screen effectively and guide hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and stakeholder management
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process where needed
