About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform
- Provide strategic and technical guidance throughout onboarding, operationalization, renewal, and expansion
- Guide customers through Wiz deployment, configuration, and operationalization using cloud-security best practices
- Serve as primary technical contact and resolve customer questions and issues through email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets
- Monitor emerging cloud-security threats and stay current on Wiz features
- Help customers create success plans with measurable goals aligned to security and compliance objectives
- Lead customers toward full adoption and value realization
- Project-manage adoption and operationalization across business units and stakeholders
- Resolve people, process, and technology blockers with internal and external parties
- Report progress and results through executive communications, QBRs, and executive briefings
- Capture feature requests and adoption blockers and coordinate with Product and Engineering
- Manage a book of up to 15 customers
- Identify expansion opportunities and assist with renewals alongside sales and renewals teams
- Track utilization, adoption, customer health, risks, and business outcomes
- Build relationships with customer contacts from C-level to practitioner
- Improve and scale Wiz’s TAM motion and cross-functional GTM processes
- Develop documentation, mentor associate TAMs, and build technical subject-matter expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud or cloud-security product
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture for at least one CSP: AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases
- Familiarity with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and related security considerations
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and version control systems
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating-system concepts and runtime sensing
- Strong problem-solving and complex technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn emerging cloud and security technologies
- Proven experience managing a book of business with 5–10+ customers
- Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-client relationships, driving customer outcomes, and exceeding performance targets
- Ability to enable customers on the Wiz platform and solve problems ranging from trivial to highly complex
- Willingness to work across Slack, email, and support-ticket channels
- Ability to use CRM and log-analysis tools to monitor customer health and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
