About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy for the AMER region.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers.
- Serve as the primary architect and manager for the distribution model.
- Partner closely with AMER Partner Sales and Field Marketing.
- Oversee the AMER partner marketing budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for AMER partner marketing.
- Standardize campaigns and event playbooks across the region.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing, with at least 3+ years in a people management role.
- Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers and Global System Integrators.
- Prior experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in the B2B SaaS/Enterprise technology landscape; Cybersecurity or Cloud security background is a bonus.
