About the role

  • Focus on driving renewals and expansions within SMB customer base; report to Regional Director of East
  • Partner with Renewal Managers and Technical Account Managers on renewal and expansion opportunities within defined book of business
  • Lead with curiosity to understand customers’ complex business problems
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to growth-segment customers
  • Position and advise CISO-level executives; build and grow executive relationships
  • Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
  • Apply sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to drive outcomes
  • Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, customer success, or account manager role, selling to SMB/Mid-Enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical territory and growing a book of business
  • Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-growth sales environment
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
  • Ability to pivot in a meeting vs. sticking to a script
  • Understanding of cloud security challenges and ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to position and advise to CISO-level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights
  • Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
  • Must be based in EST
