About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Solicit and refine business requirements from GTM and Post-Sales leads, converting high-level "asks" into robust, product-style user stories and technical specs.
Act as the primary execution partner to the GTM Systems team. You will ensure their roadmap is populated with well-vetted, prioritized initiatives and help drive those projects through the Kanban lifecycle.
Proactively identify "friction points" in the lead-to-cash journey. You don't just wait for a request; you look for system gaps that hinder our ability to scale and propose solutions that align with the broader vision.
Lead the discovery process for new features, partner with technical experts to identify solutions for Salesforce, integrated applications, and our core product to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
Own the delivery cycle from initial concept through UAT and rollout. You are the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that what is built actually solves the business problem and delivers the intended value.
While Salesforce is a primary application focus for this role, you will ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all touchpoints, particularly where GTM systems intersect.
Maintain high-quality project artifacts and documentation, ensuring that our internal systems evolution is transparent and well-communicated to the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
1 - 3 years of specialization in Salesforce-based GTM customer lifecycle management, with significant experience GTM processes and friction points.
Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping within the business systems ecosystem, primarily supporting Salesforce and other GTM applications.
Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex system initiatives in an Agile environment. You are comfortable prioritizing backlogs based on business value/impact, managing timelines, and coordinating technical resources.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira is essential.
A high degree of technical analysis is critical
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging and managing expectations across a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly within Field/Channel Sales, Pre/Post Sales, and Marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail, especially within an enterprise SaaS customer lifecycle.
Ability to learn new technology quickly and with a high degree of proficiency, including integration platforms and APIs.
Proactive and highly autonomous with proven experience working effectively within an agile environment.
