About the role
- Support global partner marketing program initiatives including content, communications, campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital activations.
- Own operations for partner marketing activities — this includes creating and tracking tickets for marketing ops, AP, brand, and procurement within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel, Marketing Operations, Partner Enablement and Product Marketing teams to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with GTM priorities and business goals.
- Support swag, incentives, and comms programs including swag research / ordering, producing newsletters, Partner Portal uploads, tracking incentive performance, and all related creative production.
- Own a global calendar of partner-led and partner-integrated demand campaigns, providing visibility across internal stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams, timelines, and deliverables including regular Slack engagement.

- Lead special projects as assigned by Wiz leadership, aligning to GTM priorities.
- Track, report, and communicate campaign impact including lead generation, pipeline outcomes, influence, and performance insights — to optimize future initiatives and share results with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of partner or B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Experience supporting pipeline-driving activities, including events with external partners and customers.
- Familiarity with globally-dispersed teams, including strong organizational, project coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise communicator who thrives in a cross-functional setting.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, along with a willingness to learn ticketing systems (marketing ops, AP, brand, procurement, etc).
- A passion for partner marketing and the partner ecosystem, scalable program execution, and driving measurable impact.
- Bonus points for cybersecurity or cloud security.
