About the role
- Own the development and execution of organizational strategies and initiatives to deliver on pipeline generation objectives
- Drive and optimize processes, including but not limited to operational cadence, pipeline management (for sourced leads), and resource allocation for teams
- Collaborate with leadership to define pipeline targets, quotas, and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with GTM Analytics teams in the creation and maintenance of performance metrics and dashboards to track KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management
- Collaborate with GTM Systems teams to continuously optimize tool user experience and adoption
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, GTM Excellence, and HR, to ensure alignment and collaboration on BDR initiatives and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the organization
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and make recommendations for innovation and optimization
- Report into the Revenue Operations team and work closely with the Marketing and BDR leadership in the field
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of success in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or BDR / SDR Operations leadership roles
- Experience supporting global teams and partnering with executive leadership to drive operational rigor and consistency at scale
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach), and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and functions
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
