About the role
- Take ownership of diverse projects and initiatives with a primary focus on cloud security, collaborating with Sales, Support, Success, product/engineering, and customer teams
- Interface and influence key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution, emphasizing security best practices
- Establish deep understanding of customer business vision, culture, and processes with focus on cloud security requirements
- Build and grow relationships across customer organizations from technicians to CISO
- Evangelize Wiz value and influence customers to adopt secure solutions at the right time
- Advocate internally at Wiz on behalf of customers to ensure their security needs are met
- Guide customers through post-onboarding adoption stages and large-scale transformations, introducing ideas and tools to solve security challenges
- Collaborate with account teams to identify strategic cloud security opportunities, provide TCO analysis and business cases
- Accelerate customer cloud security adoption, define milestones, remove blockers, implement governance and training strategies to upskill roles across the organization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, PM or other customer facing strategic role
- Proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers with cloud-based technology
- Experience managing strategic customers and solving complex engagements
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels including CISO
- Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models and ability to learn Wiz's offerings and pricing with agility
