About the role

  • Drive strategy for our Strategic Partners in North & Central Europe
  • Manage national operating model: Strategic Partner Business Plans, practice building, enablement at scale, marketing programs, and achieving partner-sourced business targets
  • Lead a team of partner managers who own relationships with Regional Partners across North & Central Europe
  • Execute and maintain accountability for MOU partner investments and attainment
  • Identify, build, and launch relevant pre/post sales insertion points to accelerate access and adoption of the Wiz platform
  • Drive and support enablement activities with partner sellers and technical teams
  • Own escalations to ensure conflicts are resolved
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partner executives to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales and inform strategy and tactics
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security solutions and their value to customers
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Report to VP of EMEA Channel & Alliances and collaborate with global channel & alliances team

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience managing and leading a team of partner managers at a top SaaS company
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to be a player-coach and act as an individual contributor when needed
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Experience as a Channel Matchmaker (finding the right partner for the right opportunity)
  • Track record as a team player and the field team's go-to channel person
  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding
  • Cloud Service Provider Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based (no visa sponsorship)
