About the role
- Own planning and execution for Wiz’s top-tier programs including CSP Summits, Analyst Conferences, and major CISO and industry events.
- Build scalable frameworks for event strategy, branding, and follow-up to ensure a unified Wiz experience worldwide.
- Partner closely with Field, Partner, Product, and Brand Marketing, along with the CXO team, to align goals and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Create repeatable playbooks for event planning, measurement, and ROI to ensure every event ladders up to business objectives.
- Ensure every touchpoint — from signage to post-event follow-up — feels distinctly Wiz.
- Represent Wiz at major global events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and every interaction leaves a lasting impression. (travel globally ~25%)
Requirements
- 8+ years in Field or Event Marketing, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
- A record of success leading large-scale, executive-level, or global event programs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to align stakeholders at every level.
- Clear communication, executive presence, and a collaborative approach.
- Experience building scalable processes and playbooks.
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical precision.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed (~25%).
