About the role

  • Analyze channel results and build and maintain dashboards and spreadsheets in Power BI and Excel.
  • Define and monitor metrics and determine the resources required for the operation.
  • Analyze information, metrics and KPIs related to channel performance.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards using SQL queries to provide managers with information on their area’s results.
  • Define, together with managers, outcome indicators and KPIs to be measured and tracked to achieve specific strategic objectives.
  • Plan and monitor the material and technological resources necessary for the effective functioning of the area and the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics.
  • Knowledge of Power BI (basic data modeling and DAX).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs.
  • Basic understanding of data modeling.
  • Preferred: Experience with sales/operational channels.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Power Query.
