Analyst

• Responsible for product success and continuous value delivery, monitoring the product, managing relationships with customers and stakeholders, and able to create, manage, and scale standards, culture, policies, and the Company's operational procedures.
• Performance management and oversight of the product lifecycle.
• Analysis and research of new business and product opportunities, commercial support, and prospecting for new partners.

Product Analyst

• Analyze channel results and build and maintain dashboards and spreadsheets in Power BI and Excel.
• Define and monitor metrics and determine the resources required for the operation.
• Analyze information, metrics and KPIs related to channel performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards using SQL queries to provide managers with information on their area’s results.
• Define, together with managers, outcome indicators and KPIs to be measured and tracked to achieve specific strategic objectives.
• Plan and monitor the material and technological resources necessary for the effective functioning of the area and the company.
