About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Perform API testing and validate backend services using automation tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify test scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and improve test coverage
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes
- Leverage Python and C++ coding to build robust automation test suites
- Document test results, log defects, and support the team in root cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in automated testing (must have written actual automation scripts)
- Strong programming skills in Python (critical requirement)
- Experience with C++ coding
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation
- Solid background in API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
