About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct dynamic sales calls with potential as well as previous clients (70 – 80 calls per day)
Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through our consultative sales process
Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPI
Manage client’s dating experience through matching and feedback
Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year degree or equivalent work experience
Minimal 2 years of sales experience with 1 year minimum at the same company that includes phone or door-to-door sales experience
Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office sale environment
High volume outbound dialer
Comfortable on a performance-based commission structure
Money motivated with a desire to make over six figures
Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle (preferred)
Intangible or luxury product sales experience
