About the role
- Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services.
- Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations.
- Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or college degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
