About the role
- Engage potential customers through in-person outreach and scheduled appointments
- Educate homeowners and clients on renewable energy solutions, cost savings, and environmental benefits
- Conduct consultations and product demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to manage time independently and stay organized
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Sales, customer service, or outreach experience (preferred)
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or clean technology (preferred)
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities (preferred)
