About the role
- Supervise and manage a wide range of ABA treatment services, including assessment, program design, progress tracking, program adjustments, parent education, care coordination, and insurance approval.
- Adhere to state and insurance regulations to maintain exemplary care standards.
- Collaborate with parents and stakeholders, providing clinical recommendations for treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning.
- Deliver training and supervision to clinical staff at all levels, ensuring the provision of high-quality treatment services.
- Mentor and supervise others, focusing on fostering independent clinical skills, problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and meeting certification requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and cross-functional team members to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a valid state license.
- Provide behavior services to clients with autism in either in-home or clinic-based settings.
- Possess an active driver's license and a dependable vehicle.
- Cultural sensitivity, with ability to work with people with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
