About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support the team across the full transaction process in the field of renewable energies, including: project evaluation and transaction preparation
Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
Drafting transaction documents (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
Operational implementation of transactions
Contributing to the preparation and ongoing development of investor reporting
Supporting investor sourcing and investor outreach

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying Economics or Finance & Accounting
You are enthusiastic about Excel, Word and PowerPoint
You are interested in the renewable energy industry/investments and may already have gained some initial experience in one of these areas
You are a team player and enjoy direct collaboration
