• You will support the team across the full transaction process in the field of renewable energies, including: project evaluation and transaction preparation
• Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
• Drafting transaction documents (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
• Operational implementation of transactions
• Contributing to the preparation and ongoing development of investor reporting
• Supporting investor sourcing and investor outreach
