About the role

  • You support the team in end-to-end transaction execution in the field of renewable energies, including project evaluation and transaction preparation
  • Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
  • Drafting contractual documentation (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
  • Operational implementation of transactions
  • You contribute to the preparation and development of investor reporting
  • You assist in investor sourcing and investor outreach

Requirements

  • You are studying Economics or Finance & Accounting
  • You are enthusiastic about Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You are interested in the renewable energy sector/investments and may already have gained initial experience in one of these areas
  • You are a team player and enjoy direct collaboration
