About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support the team in end-to-end transaction execution in the field of renewable energies, including project evaluation and transaction preparation
- Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
- Drafting contractual documentation (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
- Operational implementation of transactions
- You contribute to the preparation and development of investor reporting
- You assist in investor sourcing and investor outreach
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying Economics or Finance & Accounting
- You are enthusiastic about Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You are interested in the renewable energy sector/investments and may already have gained initial experience in one of these areas
- You are a team player and enjoy direct collaboration
