About the role
- Manage and support existing clients in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (field-based)
- Conduct targeted candidate searches to match job requirements
- Conduct applicant interviews via Teams or on-site
- Handle hiring and deployment of candidates
- Provide ongoing support to candidates at client sites
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Experience in the temporary staffing industry (applications without this experience will not be considered)
- Passion for working in the digital age
- Residence in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern area
