About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with analyses related to forensic investigations, business disputes, and economic damage engagements
Assist in preparing document requests
Summarize and interpret relevant financial information and records
Perform forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analyses, including bank tracing analyses and lost profits analyses
Work directly with Managers, Senior Managers, Principals, and Partners to analyze financial data
Attend settlement conferences, hearings, and proceedings as opportunities arise
Grow toward becoming an expert witness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
Candidate for CPA exam
Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in forensic accounting
Previous experience in litigation engagements is a plus
Strong work ethic
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff as part of a team or independently
