Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license, or Master of Science in Taxation
  • 8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting firm
  • Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
  • Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
