About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparing and reviewing warranty parts and labor rate calculations
Preparing (including coding) warranty labor time guide submissions
Comparing the excel data to PDF copies of repair orders
Identifying missing repair orders within the sequence
Ensuring overall compliance with applicable state statute and manufacturer requirements
Working collaboratively with the team’s staff, senior manager and partner
Managing 10+ team members while reporting to the partner and senior manager on the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working for franchised automotive, especially in the parts and service departments and a knowledge of warranty processes
Prior experience in automotive industry and/or experience with warranty reimbursement, warranty claims submission and/or repair order review are requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially excel, is required
Team player with high attention to detail
Accounting degree not required
Willing attitude of support with other members of the Firm
Maintain thorough communication with team leaders
Be able to be self-accountable to fulfill deadlines timely
Assisting with other duties when needed
