About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business and expand market presence in underrepresented regions
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end customers
- Provide technical guidance on construction chemical products
- Identify opportunities in plasters, fillers, flooring and wet chemistry applications
- Support expansion into paints, coatings and specialist applications
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals or related sector
- Understanding of dispersions, binders and thickeners
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
- Fluent English
- Based in or willing to cover southeastern Poland
- Exposure to paints, coatings or performance materials – not essential
- Early experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles
