About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own site merchandising execution across homepage, category, and product pages
- Lead on-site execution for new product launches end-to-end
- Manage the e-commerce intake queue
- Create, test, deploy, and monitor promo codes across campaigns
- Lead QA and UAT for all site updates, launches, and feature releases
- Partner with Product and Engineering on the rollout of new site features and functionality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth operations, or site management
- Hands-on experience managing site updates within a CMS or e-commerce platform
- Owned QA or UAT processes for customer-facing launches
- Exceptionally organized—able to manage multiple concurrent launches
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
