About the role
- Lead clinical workforce capacity and surge planning
- Partner with clinical leadership and finance on headcount planning and staffing models
- Define, build, and maintain clinical operations metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Continuously monitor operational data to proactively identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with peers in licensing, credentialing, and onboarding
Requirements
- Experience managing data-driven clinical operations in a telehealth care environment
- Prior experience working at a telehealth or digital health startup
- Owned or partnered on clinician capacity modeling, staffing plans, and utilization forecasting
- Comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using operational metrics to guide decision-making
- Understanding of how telehealth clinical operations decisions influence product, finance, compliance, and patient experience
- Skilled at communicating complex operational data and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership
