Senior Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within tier‑2 and tier‑3 telco and cable operators across the U.S. and Canada.
- Lead complex sales cycles, build long‑term customer relationships, and represent WISI’s carrier‑grade solutions with credibility.
- Develop and grow customer relationships by identifying opportunities and aligning WISI solutions to customer needs.
- Manage complex sales engagements end‑to‑end—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Contribute directly to near‑term commercial success and long‑term market expansion for WISI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sales experience in the video processing industry
- Deep understanding of IP video and cable TV technologies and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that influence and inspire.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a bias for action.
- A true hunter mindset —passionate about prospecting and expanding account reach.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to continuously learn and master WISI’s product portfolio.
