About the role

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound and inbound channels.
  • Consistently book demos with qualified leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive the sales pipeline
  • Manage and maintain a large sales pipeline, ensuring pipeline hygiene and accurate CRM records.
  • Execute consistent follow-ups with prospects to drive engagement and bookings.
  • Consistently hit and exceeded key metric targets, including quality, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies and processes to maximize results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar role
  • Strong ability to manage a large pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Highly persistent and results-driven, with a “never give up” attitude toward booking demos and follow-ups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using sales tools and CRM systems to track activity and progress.
  • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
