About the role

  • Define the architecture, technical vision, and long-term direction for multiple teams or entire parts of the platform
  • Write exceptional code and connect the dots across products, data systems, and business goals
  • Operate as both a strategist and a practitioner, translating abstract ideas into scalable technical designs
  • Lead by influence, inspire alignment and excellence across teams without formal managerial control
  • Mentor engineers, enforce standards of operational excellence, and drive innovation across WISEcode’s ecosystem
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and tactical implementation, ensuring design choices align with organizational scalability
  • Shape organizational technical roadmaps and help leadership make sound investment decisions about data models and product evolution

Requirements

  • BSCS or equivalent engineering degree
  • 12+ years of strong development experience
  • Extensive experience as a full stack engineer with **.NET and Postgres**
  • Strong knowledge of **ORM frameworks** and **BLAZE**
  • Proven ability to design and scale enterprise-grade systems with **architectural design leadership**
  • Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team influence
  • Broad systems thinking with depth in multiple technical domains
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them responsibly in product development
