• Steward the WISEcode Intelligence platform roadmap while running the cross-functional programs that feed it.
• Partner with our Science and Data team to run the computational scoring pipeline as a clear, managed program.
• Translate scientific logic into clear product requirements.
• Lead time-boxed partner engagements, aligning internal teams on scope and timing.
• Support demos, RFP responses, and follow-ups to maintain commercial momentum.
• Create clear, well-structured documentation so every team can move with confidence.
• Run the agile ceremonies that keep multiple squads moving and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a distributed product and data team.
• Define acceptance criteria and run evals for AI/LLM-powered features, so model quality is measured rather than assumed.
• Represent product needs in the company data model and ingredient taxonomy.

• Architect and build the automated QA framework for the WISEintelligence platform
• Establish the technical and cultural foundation for how quality engineering operates at WISEcode
• Build and evolve automated testing frameworks for ASP.NET and Blazor applications
• Develop reliable end-to-end UI automation for highly interactive workflows
• Create API, integration, and regression testing infrastructure
• Improve confidence in releases through intelligent automation and observability
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure testability is designed into systems early
• Help establish quality standards, patterns, and engineering discipline across teams
• Design and implement automated UI testing frameworks
• Develop API and integration test suites for ASP.NET services
• Creating reusable testing abstractions and patterns that scale across teams
• Investigating intermittent failures, race conditions, state management issues, and environment inconsistencies
