About the role

  • Prospecting new customers;
  • Cold calling: making multiple calls to potential customers;
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support;
  • Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team or through active prospecting;
  • Responding to inquiries from potential customers and performing follow-ups;
  • Working with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a frictionless sales process;
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking of sales performance and metrics;
  • Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) and calendar up to date.

Requirements

  • Effective communication (verbal and written);
  • Organization and discipline;
  • Ability to ask challenging questions;
  • Comfortable speaking with new people every day;
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently;
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when approaching the next potential customer;
  • Active listening: genuine interest in what people say and readiness to probe when needed;
  • Knowledge of the sales process from initial contact through closing;
  • Ability to work independently or as an engaged member of a team;
  • Interest in building a career in sales and growing with the company.
