About the role
- Prospecting new customers;
- Cold calling: making multiple calls to potential customers;
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support;
- Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team or through active prospecting;
- Responding to inquiries from potential customers and performing follow-ups;
- Working with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a frictionless sales process;
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking of sales performance and metrics;
- Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) and calendar up to date.
Requirements
- Effective communication (verbal and written);
- Organization and discipline;
- Ability to ask challenging questions;
- Comfortable speaking with new people every day;
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently;
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when approaching the next potential customer;
- Active listening: genuine interest in what people say and readiness to probe when needed;
- Knowledge of the sales process from initial contact through closing;
- Ability to work independently or as an engaged member of a team;
- Interest in building a career in sales and growing with the company.
