About the role

  • Define Product Craft & Excellence: Lead the UI and UX evolution of our product suite.
  • Architect AI-Native Workflows: Partner with the CEO to pioneer the integration of Agentic AI.
  • Scale the Design Organization: Establish and professionalize our internal design operations.
  • Serve as Team Leader: Act as the primary authority on Product Design. Manage and mentor the current design team (3 people).

Requirements

  • Master of Visual & Interaction Design: You possess elite design skills and a track record of shipping world-class experiences.
  • Proven Leader & Mentor: Able to professionalize design operations and scale a growing team.
  • AI-Native Strategist: Committed to and invested in the transition toward Agentic AI.
  • Ambassador of Product Excellence: Uphold the highest global standards for design quality.
  • 10+ years of experience, with a significant portion spent in a high-growth, Tier 1 tech environment and a demonstrated track record.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Global design perspective with exposure to US-based design cultures or teams.
