Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → discovery → solution design → quote/CPQ → close → co-implement → handoff.
• Generate pipeline via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, networking, and partner channels.
• Leverage support from offshore BDRs and Marketing to create meetings and accelerate pipeline.
• Run sharp discovery to map business goals, quantify pain, and craft ROI-driven proposals.
• Analyze telecom bills to uncover savings and recommend optimized carrier/mobility solutions.
• Build compelling proposals & quotes using ConnectWise CPQ; present to owners/execs.
• Forecast and document activity in our CRM (HubSpot/ConnectWise).
• Partner internally with Operations and Account Management for smooth onboarding and day-1 value.
• Represent the brand at virtual events and webinars
• Travel: Occasional travel for events
