Partner with program administrators and data analysts to evaluate historical Florida case data, utilizing qualitative methods to pinpoint patterns of bias in healthcare delivery.
Author executive summary reports and design visual reference guides to help clinical abstractors accurately identify bias in medical records.
Provide direct, hands-on support to the analyst team during quarterly informant interviews, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into program systems.
Actively participate in all recommended and required programmatic training sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) OR be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently licensed and residing in the State of Florida.
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in obstetrics, antenatal, or postpartum care.
Deep, working knowledge of the Social Determinants of Health and their specific impacts on maternal outcomes.
Proven background in family support, peer counseling, and sensitive community outreach.
Strong computer literacy, including seamless navigation of remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and clinical data entry systems.
Exceptional professional communication and writing abilities, with a proven track record of thriving in a highly collaborative, remote team environment.
